My favorite tip of all time about self-discipline was to say “no” in order to not try to do that and, once I did, try repeatedly because I think it makes you feel at ease. “Give yourself a chance” is another self-centered thing to do this day for one’s own gains and peace of mind, or to draw, for various reasons. Achieving this self-discipline has many benefits in terms of your education, self-esteem, self-durance, and the quality of my life.
